Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Inviti ("Inviti", "we", "us") provides an iOS application and companion website that let you create AI-generated party invitations and related materials, share them via links, and collect RSVP responses (the "Service").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, opening a shared invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings) or by contacting support@getinviti.com.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• Each requested AI image generation or regeneration consumes one generation. Native text and layout edits do not. Technical provider failures are restored; requests blocked for policy reasons may still count.
• Eligible new accounts may receive one welcome invitation generation. Additional allowances come from subscriptions or one-time packs purchased through Apple.
• A generation pack purchased without an active subscription may be used for invitation generation, but does not unlock subscriber-only Pro features.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your App Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies — see our Support page for how to request one.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to text and details you provide. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — for example storing your designs, rendering your invitation pages, and showing designs you explicitly publish to the community gallery. Only upload photos you have the right to use, including the permission of the people shown in them. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; we may remove such content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated output

Designs are produced by third-party AI models. Output may be imperfect or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing designs (including dates, names, and addresses) before printing or sharing.

7. Shared links and RSVPs

Invitation links are accessible to anyone who has the link unless you mark them private, and a public link includes a publicly reachable preview image of your invitation so link previews work in messaging and social apps. You control link expiry, RSVP deadlines, and can disable links at any time from the app or host dashboard — disabling a link also removes its public preview image.

If you invite guests by email, you confirm you have their permission to share their address with us for that purpose. RSVP information submitted by guests is shared with you, the event host, to run your event — treat it with care, use it only for the event, and delete exports you no longer need.

8. Fair use and acceptable use

AI features are subject to technical and fair-use limits — for example daily caps on image generations, assistant messages, and email invitation deliveries — so the Service stays fast, safe, and affordable for everyone. Limits may change over time; paid allowances always cover normal personal use.

You agree not to:

• Access the Service with scripts, bots, or other automated means, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Share or pool accounts to multiply free allowances, or resell, rent, or redistribute generations as a service.
• Use invitation emails to send unsolicited messages — only invite people who would expect to hear about your event.
• Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or to harass or impersonate others.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these rules.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inviti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, email support@getinviti.com with: (a) the URL or share link of the material, (b) a description of the copyrighted work, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights holder. We review notices promptly, remove or disable infringing material where appropriate, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep any protections granted by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings there.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
