About this design

What makes it
feel like the table.

  • Cobalt paper
  • Marigold paper
  • Coral paper
  • Leaf green
  • Warm cream

Two strings of papel picado banners hang across the top of the card: a row of marigold flags along the very top edge and a row of cobalt-blue flags just below it, each flag cut through with flowers and petals and finished with a scalloped lower edge. A coral cut-paper panel pierced with leaf shapes runs down the left side and curves inward at the top like the corner of an arch, and a leaf-green strip with a scalloped inner edge and punched dots runs down the right, with a single cobalt flower near its top. Along the bottom, a marigold band holds a scalloped cobalt cut-paper shape at its center, marigold paper flowers bloom in both lower corners, and sprigs of green, coral and blue leaves climb the sides. Above the names, two blue doves face each other across a small marigold heart, and the middle of the card stays open warm cream for the wording.

It borrows from papel picado, the cut-paper banners strung up for Mexican celebrations, with original flower, leaf and dove shapes cut from layered paper. Every shape has a soft paper grain and slightly mottled color, and the banners and blooms cast faint shadows as though they sit just above the card. Cobalt blue and marigold carry most of the color, coral and leaf green fill the sides, and the open cream middle keeps the bright frame from crowding the wording, so the card feels festive and handmade rather than printed flat.

The couple's names, “Sofia & Mateo” on the sample, are the largest line, in bold cobalt serif capitals. The rest of the wording is in Spanish and moves between coral and cobalt: “Celebremos el amor” opens the card in small, widely spaced coral capitals, a marigold rule with a small fan-shaped ornament sits under the names, and “Sábado, 12 de octubre” follows in coral. “5:00 PM” is set in cobalt between short runs of marigold dots, “Casa de las Flores” comes next in cobalt, and the RSVP line, “Confirma en Inviti · 14 de septiembre”, closes the card in smaller coral capitals.

Good to know

About this template.

Will my invitation look exactly like this one?

It will follow this design's direction: marigold and cobalt papel picado banners across the top, two blue doves at a small heart above cobalt serif names, and coral, green and marigold cut-paper flowers and leaves around warm cream. Because Inviti generates each invitation with AI from your details, the arrangement and lettering can differ from this sample.

Can the wording be in English instead of Spanish?

Yes. The sample is written in Spanish, but you type your own names and details, so the wording can be English, Spanish or a mix of both. For an English card, swap “Celebremos el amor” for a short line such as “Let's celebrate love” and enter the date the way you'd write it in English.

Are the matching pieces in Spanish too?

Yes, the sample set is in Spanish, like the invitation. The welcome sign reads “Bienvenidos”, the cards and gifts sign “Tarjetas y regalos”, the menu “Menú de celebración” and the guest book sign “Firma nuestro libro de invitados”.

Can I print it?

Yes. The invitation is designed at 5×7 inches, and the app's print preparation can lay out copies on A4 or US Letter with crop marks. For the sharpest print, generate at full resolution rather than the introductory 1K size.

What matching pieces are there?

With Pro you can request matching pieces such as a celebration menu, a welcome sign, a cards and gifts sign, a guest book sign, a wishes sign where guests write a note for the future, a sign with your names, date and time, a cake topper with both names, initial cupcake toppers, letter banner flags with a photo opening, food, water bottle and chocolate bar labels, and thank-you cards and tags. Each piece is a separate generation; the full sample set is shown below.
