About this design

What makes it
feel like the table.

  • Cream-gold detail type
  • Metallic gold frame
  • Emerald marble
  • Near-black panel

A stepped gold arch fills the card from the top edge to just past the middle. Its rounded crown steps outward in tiers at both shoulders, like the front of an old movie palace, and inside it a single shaft of light falls from the top onto a burnished gold backdrop, with fine rays fanning out behind the couple. In the sample, two people stand close and lean in toward each other, facing the viewer: she wears an emerald drape embroidered in gold, with a gold-and-green necklace and drop earrings, and he wears a dark tuxedo with a black bow tie and a folded pocket square. Mottled emerald panels fill the corners and both sides, crossed by gold fans of fine radiating lines, and a black plaque with a stepped, doubled gold border overlaps the bottom of the portrait to hold the wording, with a small gold half-fan at its top and another rising from the bottom edge of the card.

The frame and fans are flat, crisp Art Deco linework with a metallic gold sheen, set against emerald with a soft, cloudy marble grain. The portrait is the only photographic element, and the beam and glowing rays behind it make the couple look as if they have just stepped onto a lit stage. There are no flowers, ribbons or script lettering anywhere: the card keeps to emerald, near-black, metallic gold and a pale cream-gold, and in the sample the green of her outfit echoes the marble panels, so the whole design reads like a premiere poster for a formal night out. The pair shown are fictional; Inviti AI fills the spotlight with a generated likeness of the two people in your photo, while the matching pieces carry the fans, frames and lettering without any portrait.

“An evening of forever” opens the plaque in small, widely spaced cream-gold serif capitals. Beneath it, “Priya & Dev” on the sample is by far the largest line, in tall champagne-gold serif capitals with fine hairline serifs and a looping ampersand, followed by a thin gold rule with a small diamond ornament at its center. The details come next in spaced cream-gold capitals, one to a line: “Saturday, October 2 · 6 PM” and “The Emerald Room · London”. “Black tie” then stands alone between two short gold rules, and “Dinner & dancing to follow” closes the wording in slightly smaller capitals near the foot of the plaque.

Good to know

About this template.

Will my invitation look exactly like this one?

It will follow this design's direction: a generated likeness of the two of you under a beam of light inside a stepped gold arch, gold fans on emerald marble, and tall gold serif names with spaced cream-gold details on a black plaque. Because Inviti generates each invitation with AI from your details, the arrangement and lettering can differ from this sample.

How do the two of us end up under the spotlight?

From one personal photo of the couple, which this design needs; Inviti AI won't generate it without one. The pair in the sample are fictional: Inviti AI redraws the arch with the two people from your photo standing in their place, aiming to keep your recognizable features, hair and expressions, and keeps the layout and your wording around you. What you get is a generated likeness, not your photo dropped into the frame, and the design holds no more than two faces, so pick a clear, well-lit photo with only the two of you in it. Before you share, check both faces and read every line of the wording, and ask for a change if anything looks wrong. The matching pieces are graphic only, with no portrait.

Our wedding isn't black tie. Can we change that line?

Yes. On the sample, “Black tie” sits on a line of its own between two short gold rules near the foot of the plaque. Replace it with your own dress code, such as “Cocktail attire” or “Black tie optional”, or leave it out, and check how the remaining lines sit in the version Inviti generates. “An evening of forever” and The Emerald Room in London are sample wording too, so add your own opening line and venue.

Can I print it?

Yes. The invitation is designed at 5×7 inches, and the app's print preparation can lay out copies on A4 or US Letter with crop marks. Dark designs print best on matte paper; generate at full resolution rather than the introductory 1K size.

What matching pieces are there?

With Pro you can request matching pieces such as a “Wedding menu” card, a “Welcome” sign with your names and date, a milestone sign with “An evening of forever” and your names, a “Cards & gifts” sign, a “Please sign our guest book” sign, a “Wishes for” sign with your names, a cake topper with both names, cupcake toppers with your initials, letter banner flags with an empty photo opening, food labels such as “Cardamom cake”, water bottle labels with your names and date, “A sweet thank you” chocolate bar labels, and “Thank you” cards and tags, all drawn as graphics without the portrait. Each piece is a separate generation; the full sample set is shown below.
