About this design

What makes it
feel like the table.

  • Bronze serif lettering
  • Coral ribbon
  • Champagne-gold sparkle
  • Warm cream panel
  • Deep coral detail type

The upper part of the card belongs to the portrait, which sits straight on the background with no frame around it. In the sample, a couple lean in until their foreheads touch, eyes closed and smiling, and bring two champagne flutes together at the center: one wears a copper satin halter and the other a pleated coral one-shoulder dress, with a ring on one hand. Behind them a warm golden haze is dotted with soft points of light, and clear, glassy bubbles float down both edges of the card. Coral satin ribbons curl in from the top right corner, sweep across the left side and coil into both bottom corners, wound together with sheer gold ribbons dusted in glitter. Below the portrait, a cream panel with a gently wavy top edge stretches across the card, traced by a gold ribbon and sprinkled with gold glitter, and the couple's hands and flutes reach right down to it. Every line of the wording sits inside that panel.

One warm, honey-gold light runs through the whole top of the card: it gleams on the satin of both outfits, catches the rims of the flutes and the fine bubbles rising in them, and puts a soft shine on each floating bubble. The coral ribbons have a satin sheen along every curl, the gold ones are sheer and glittering, and the cream panel has a soft, mottled wash, like watercolor paper, with gold flecks scattered near its edges. Copper, bronze and champagne gold carry most of the design and coral is the one bright accent; in the sample, the outfits repeat the copper and the coral, so the couple look dressed to match the invitation. It feels romantic and lively, like the first minutes of a party. Nia and Camille are fictional: your version shows a generated likeness of the two people in your photo in their place, with no more than two faces, and the matching pieces keep the ribbons, bubbles and lettering without any portrait.

“We said yes” is the largest line on the card, set across the panel in tall bronze serif capitals with crisp, fine serifs. The names, “Nia & Camille” on the sample, follow in coral serif capitals, a little smaller and more widely spaced, and beneath them two thin gold rules run out from a small coral heart. The details are in small, widely spaced capitals that switch between bronze and coral from one line to the next: “Saturday, May 29 · 7 PM” in bronze and “The Terrace · Brooklyn” in coral, then a gold rule with a small heart flourish at its center, “Dinner & celebration” in bronze, a hairline rule and, at the foot of the card, “RSVP by May 15” in coral.

How it works

From this design to your invitation.

  1. Open Inviti AI on your iPhone and find Champagne Engagement Couple Portrait in Explore.
  2. Tap to use it, then add one clear photo of the two of you, both names, a short headline such as “We said yes”, the date and start time, the venue and city, a line about the plans like “Dinner & celebration” and the date guests should reply by.
  3. Inviti generates your version in this style. Proofread every name, date and address before sharing, and ask for a change if needed.
  4. Share it as an image or as one link. With Pro RSVP, guests reply from the link in their browser and you see every response in the app.
Good to know

About this template.

Will my invitation look exactly like this one?

It will follow this design's direction: a generated likeness of the two of you at the top of the card in a warm golden glow, coral satin and sheer gold ribbons with floating bubbles around you, and a cream panel below with “We said yes” in bronze serif capitals, your names in coral and the details alternating bronze and coral. Because Inviti generates each invitation with AI from your details, the arrangement and lettering can differ from this sample.

Which photo should we use for the portrait?

One clear, well-lit photo of the engaged couple, just the two of you, with nobody else in it. This design needs a personal photo, and Inviti AI won't generate it without one. Nia and Camille in the sample are fictional: Inviti AI redraws the top of the card with the two people from your photo in their place, aiming to keep your recognizable features, hair and expressions, and keeps the ribbons, bubbles, cream panel, layout and your wording as they are. What you get is a generated likeness rather than your photo cut out and placed on the card, and it shows no more than two faces, so pass over proposal shots with friends or strangers in the background. A close photo with both faces easy to see works better than a wide one taken from across a room or at a scenic lookout. Before you share, look carefully at both faces and read every line of wording, and ask for a change if anything seems off. The matching pieces are graphics only, with no portrait.

How is this different from the Champagne Ribbon Engagement design?

Champagne Ribbon Engagement has no people on it: it is a light watercolor illustration of two champagne coupes with gold bubbles and little gold stars floating around a coral ribbon on warm cream paper, headed “Pop the champagne” above the couple's names. This is the portrait version of that idea, with a likeness of the two of you, drawn from your photo, filling the top of the card, coral and gold ribbons around you and the wording gathered on a cream panel below. If you want the couple on the invitation, choose this one; if you'd rather not use a photo, the illustrated design keeps a similar cream, coral and gold mood. “We said yes”, the May date, The Terrace in Brooklyn and “Dinner & celebration” are only sample wording, so a backyard party, an afternoon at a restaurant or a celebration in another city fits just as well once you enter your own details.

Can I print it?

Yes. The invitation is designed at 5×7 inches, and the app's print preparation can lay out copies on A4 or US Letter with crop marks. For the sharpest print, generate at full resolution rather than the introductory 1K size.

What matching pieces are there?

With Pro you can request matching pieces such as a “Welcome” sign with “We said yes” and both names, a milestone sign with “We said yes”, both names and the date, a “Dinner menu” card (the sample lists garden salad, roasted vegetables, lemon tart and sparkling cider), food labels such as “Lemon tart”, water bottle labels with “We said yes” and both names, a “Cards & gifts” sign, a “Please sign our guest book” sign with both names, a “Wishes for” sign with both names, a “We said yes” cake topper with both names, cupcake toppers with your initials, banner flags with your initials and an empty photo opening, “A sweet thank you” chocolate bar labels, and “Thank you” cards and tags with both names, all drawn as graphics without the portrait. Each piece is a separate generation; the full sample set is shown below.
