The card is laid out like the front page of an old newspaper with the stories lifted out. A double rule with a small burgundy ornament runs across the top, “Eighty Remarkable Years” spans the full width in black, and beneath a thin burgundy rule with a tiny diamond, “Celebrate Arthur” follows in even bigger burgundy letters. The middle of the page belongs to an ornate gold oval with scrollwork crests at the top and bottom, left empty apart from faint rays fanning out from its center, while two gold laurel branches curve up around it from a small burgundy diamond. On both sides, only the shapes of the missing columns remain: speckled charcoal and taupe blocks, stacks of thin ruled lines, a tall burgundy bar, a band of heavy black stripes, a dotted burgundy line and, at the lower right, a burgundy medallion with a scalloped edge and a beaded gold ring. The details sit at the bottom in a panel with cut corners and a double burgundy border, flanked by slim gold ornaments.
It is drawn as a vintage editorial print: flat black and burgundy ink on warm cream newsprint that is faintly mottled and darkens toward the edges, as if the page had spent a few decades tucked in a drawer. The gold oval, laurel leaves and scrollwork are the one ornate flourish, finished with fine engraved shading, and everything around them is straight rules and solid blocks. Black, burgundy, antique gold, taupe and newsprint cream make up the whole palette, which gives the card the dignified, keepsake air of a page worth framing rather than the look of a party flyer. No people are drawn, and the oval is a purely decorative cartouche.
“Eighty Remarkable Years” is set in very tall, condensed black serif capitals with thick stems, thin crossbars and sharp flat serifs, the kind of type an old paper saved for its biggest story, stretched from margin to margin. “Celebrate Arthur” repeats those condensed letterforms in burgundy and stands taller still, so the guest of honor's name, not the age, reads as the lead headline. Inside the bottom panel, much smaller and sturdier black serif capitals list “Saturday, September 18”, “5:00 - 9:00 PM”, “The Heritage Hall” and “RSVP in Inviti by September 10”, each line set off from the next by a thin gold rule with a tiny diamond at its center.

Every piece below was made in this design with Inviti. Matching pieces are a Pro feature, and each one you request is a separate generation, so yours will follow this direction without being pixel-identical.

It will follow this design's direction: tall condensed black and burgundy headline capitals over an empty ornate gold oval wrapped in laurel, with ruled columns, textured blocks and a scalloped burgundy medallion on aged newsprint, and the details in a burgundy-bordered panel. Because Inviti generates each invitation with AI from your details, the arrangement and lettering can differ from this sample.
Yes. Eighty appears only in the top headline, “Eighty remarkable years”; the oval, laurel, columns and medallion carry no number. Enter “Ninety remarkable years” or “Seventy-five remarkable years” along with your details, then read the tall headline and the name line closely in the version Inviti generates, since they are the largest type on the card.
No. In this design the gold oval is a decorative cartouche, framed in scrollwork and laurel and left empty apart from faint rays, just like the round burgundy medallion beside it. The template does not take a photo; you add the name and party details, and the oval is part of the vintage page layout.
Yes. The invitation is designed at 5×7 inches, and the app's print preparation can lay out copies on A4 or US Letter with crop marks. For the sharpest print, generate at full resolution rather than the introductory 1K size.
With Pro you can request matching pieces such as a “Celebration menu” card, a welcome sign with the headline, name and venue, a “Let's celebrate” sign, a milestone sign with the name, date, time and venue, a cards and gifts sign, a “Wishes for” sign that asks guests to write a note for the years ahead, an “Arthur turns 80” cake topper, initial cupcake toppers, letter pennants with a photo opening, food labels such as “Apple tart”, water bottle labels with the name and venue, “Eighty remarkable years” chocolate bar labels, thank-you cards with the name and “Thank you for celebrating” tags. Each piece is a separate generation; the full sample set is shown below.
