Candidate had 22 alpha=1 pixels along the far-left edge. A safe centered microcrop to exact 3:2 removed 3px left/right and 2px top/bottom; all retained pixels verified identical and original candidate remains preserved.
Flattened light/dark composites show clean external transparency without broad glow. At alpha >127 the silhouette is one connected component. Alpha ranges 0–254 with sampled border points at 0; preserve original alpha. Physical print sizing/proof is separate.
