A yellow excavator, a lattice crane and striped cones on a dusty building site — a bold, poster-style invitation for a little builder's big day.

The headline takes up the whole top half: “Building” and “Four” in enormous golden-yellow capitals, with “Up To” in cream on a long charcoal band between them that tapers to points at both ends and carries short yellow dashes on either side. Below it the card opens onto a building site. A yellow excavator on black tracks swings its arm toward the middle, its bucket gripping a big clay-red block, while a yellow lattice tower crane rises on the right with a hook hanging from its jib and a gray counterweight at the far end. Around the crane's gray base sit a stack of timber planks, a gray column and a yellow pyramid block; mounds of dirt rise behind the excavator, pale tan building silhouettes stand in the distance, and orange-and-white striped traffic cones are set out on the pebbly ground. The details sit at the bottom in a charcoal panel with clipped top corners and a thin cream edge.
The painting is flat and matte with a fine grain, closer to a bold poster than a cartoon: the big letters show soft brush texture, and the machines are built from simple solid shapes picked out with black pistons and round pivot bolts. Thin dashed arcs, crosshair marks and corner guide lines in charcoal and yellow run around the edges like markings on a blueprint, which gives a busy work site a tidy, drafted feel. Golden yellow carries the headline, excavator and crane, clay red and cone orange add the hot spots, and charcoal anchors the tracks, the band and the details panel, all on a warm cream ground that shades into dusty brown along the bottom. There is no photo slot; the machines and building blocks are the stars.
“Building Up to Four” is set in oversized, heavy geometric capitals with squared-off shapes, “Building” and “Four” in golden yellow and “Up To” in cream on the charcoal band. In the panel, “Sam Turns 4” stands in big, blocky cream capitals, and the lines below switch to narrower, widely spaced cream capitals for “Saturday, January 24”, “10:30 AM - 12:30 PM”, “Brickyard Play Loft” and the RSVP line, each separated by a thin golden rule, with small yellow dots and dashed arcs marking the panel's corners.

Every piece below was made in this design with Inviti. Matching pieces are a Pro feature, and each one you request is a separate generation, so yours will follow this direction without being pixel-identical.

It will follow this design's direction: huge golden-yellow headline lettering above a matte painted building site with a yellow excavator lifting a block, a lattice tower crane, traffic cones and stacked timber, with the details in a charcoal panel on cream. Because Inviti generates each invitation with AI from your details, the arrangement and lettering can differ from this sample.
Yes. Here the age is the headline itself: “Four” is the biggest word on the card, and “Sam turns 4” repeats it in the panel. The excavator, crane and cones carry no number, so ask for “Building up to three” or “Building up to five” with your child's name, and read the lettering on the generated version before you share it.
No. Plenty of girls love diggers and cranes too, and nothing in the golden-yellow machines, striped cones or cream background is styled for one or the other. Sam is a name that suits any child, and whatever name you enter takes its place.
Yes. The invitation is designed at 5×7 inches, and the app's print preparation can lay out copies on A4 or US Letter with crop marks. For the sharpest print, generate at full resolution rather than the introductory 1K size.
With Pro you can request matching pieces such as a “Construction Crew Menu” party menu, a welcome sign, a “Ready, set, build!” milestone sign, a “Party this way” sign with the venue name, a “Happy fourth birthday” party sign, a “Note for Sam” sign where guests write a wish to open later, a cake topper and cupcake toppers with the name and age, an initial-letter banner flag, food labels, water bottle labels, “A little treat” chocolate bar labels, “Thank you for building memories” cards and thank-you tags with the name. Each piece is a separate generation; the full sample set is shown below.
